Job summary

Danone North America is seeking a Quality Systems Coordinator in Dallas, TX to implement and maintain QA standards across plant operations. You will guide audits, drive continuous improvement, own traceability, and lead QFS trainings while supporting digital initiatives and cost optimization.

This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of food safety programs. You will work within a dynamic manufacturing environment and collaborate across functions to uphold

Qualifications

• BS in Food Science or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience within Quality Assurance or related fields in food manufacturing or regulatory related function
• Experience in a processing & manufacturing environment
• Beverage, Dairy, Plant Based product experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate updates and maintenance of the FSHCP, HACCP, and QFS systems.
• Lead internal and external audits (FSSC, kosher, organic, US Military, RSPO, GFCO, customers).
• Drive continuous improvement of QFS processes and ensure documentation effectiveness.
• Traceability Program owner and train the traceability team.
• Ensure all employees are included in QFS training programs and iCare culture champion.
• Support QFS digitalization and data trends for management review.
• QI Piller owner and support IWS journey of plant quality.
• Back-up Food Defense Coordinator for site with EHS.
• Support process and cost optimization to reduce losses.
• SPOC for contracted Pest Control Program on site.
