Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Technician – Quality Control SrSpec to lead the inspection team responsible for raw materials, packaging components, and finished products. You will perform detailed analyses, generate quality statistics, and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires strong leadership, proficiency with GD&T and inspection tools, and experience with quality systems; you will coordinate audits and support non-conformance investigations while mentoring inspectors.

Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain Interim Secret Clearance.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and specification sheets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Certified Quality Inspector (CQI) or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the inspection team for raw materials, packaging components, and finished products.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative inspections and analyze results.
• Prepare and generate quality statistics, reviews, and reports; ensure procedural conformance.
• Lead non-conformance investigations and assist in corrective actions.
• Train and collaborate with inspectors to resolve technical questions and locate information.
