Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Technician – Quality Control SrSpec in Texas to lead an inspection team responsible for raw materials, packaging components, and finished products. You will perform detailed analyses, ensure test equipment calibration, and verify products meet specifications.

You will generate quality statistics, review production documentation, and drive continuous improvement while mentoring inspectors and collaborating with engineers to resolve questions and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Leadership required to guide a technical team and interpret requirements.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, GD&T, and specifications.
• Familiarity with SPC and defect tracking; meticulous data handling.
• Experience with MS Office for analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of inspection data capture tools and ERP/PLM systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead inspection team for raw materials, packaging components and finished goods.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative inspection analyses and maintain test equipment.
• Prepare quality statistics and reviews; generate reports and NCRs.
• Train and coordinate inspectors; resolve technical questions with engineers.
