Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in construction quality control or heavy civil construction.
• Experience leading QC teams or managing testing programs preferred.
• OSHA 30-hour certification preferred or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily QC operations across assigned projects.
• Plan QC staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Monitor QC performance and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Track and report key QC metrics to project leadership.
