Job summary

Yoh is seeking a Quality Control Manager for a pharmaceutical client in Noblesville, IN. This onsite role oversees the QC lab across a Saturday-Wednesday shift and requires hands-on analytical testing leadership with strong cGMP compliance experience.

The candidate will guide analytical chemistry testing and instrumentation, review data, support investigations, and drive quality actions while maintaining documentation and staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field; relevant experience may be substituted.
• 7+ years of pharmaceutical QC or laboratory experience.
• Prior supervisory or people-management experience.
• Strong experience in a cGMP pharmaceutical QC laboratory.
• Hands-on analytical testing experience with major laboratory instrumentation.
• Ability to interpret analytical data and make sound compliance decisions.
• Experience with laboratory investigations, deviations, CAPA, and other quality events.
• Experience supporting raw materials, in-process, finished product, and/or stability testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Quality Control laboratory personnel.
• Coordinate testing schedules, resources, and instrumentation in support of production.
• Oversee testing of raw materials, intermediates, finished products, stability and validation samples.
• Provide technical leadership for analytical testing and instrumentation.
• Review laboratory data and make cGMP/compliance decisions.
• Support investigations involving results, deviations, or customer complaints.
• Ensure timely completion of corrective actions and quality commitments.
• Maintain controlled lab documentation and recordkeeping.
