Houston Precision Fasteners is seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to inspect machined parts and final products for defects and tolerance compliance. You will read blueprints, use precision tools, log data, and coach Level I Inspectors as needed.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in inspection, strong math skills, and knowledge of GD&T. This role requires ability to work with lifting and safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifikationen

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 4+ years of related inspection experience.
• Intermediate math knowledge for tolerances and measurements.
• Basic AS9100 knowledge expected.
• Familiarity with precision inspection equipment.

Aufgaben

• Inspect materials and finished parts against specs using gauges and blueprints.
• Document inspection results and log data accurately.
• Evaluate conformity to standards and regulations.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and federal/state directives.
• Analyze data to identify quality issues.
• Communicate with team and stakeholders.
• Verify adherence to GD&T requirements.
