Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required; AS degree preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years related experience in quality inspection.
• Experience in quality inspection and lean manufacturing preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation practices.
• Experience with GD&T and metrology equipment.

Aufgaben

• Ensure compliance to Orchid requirements in inspection and record keeping.
• Maintain accurate documentation during manufacturing and inspection per QMS.
• Perform First Article, receiving, in-process, final, and packaging inspections against customer requirements.
• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections using micrometers, calipers, height gages, and optical comparators.
• Perform testing and inspection at various production stages.
• Report inspection results and data accurately; escalate nonconformances.
• Review Device History Records and ensure raw materials meet specifications.
• Train entry-level inspectors as needed.
• Operate and program advanced inspection systems where required.
• Generate and analyze SPC charts as needed.
• Support calibration and gage control activities.
