Job summary

Dexcom in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Receiving Inspection/Quality Operations professional to support material flow, inventory transactions, and QA inspections in a dynamic environment. You will train staff, distribute workloads, and maintain records to ensure compliance and product quality.

The role requires 4–6 years of related experience and a High School diploma or equivalent, with proficiency in Oracle, 1Factory, and Oracle Fusion. Expect 0–5% travel and collaborative teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of related experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with receiving inspection and quality operations.

Responsibilities

• Support material flow, part storage, and accurate inventory transactions in the MRP system.
• Assist with new hire training and provide group training records to the Supervisor.
• Help distribute daily workloads within the department to support goals.
• Maintain filing and archiving of Receiving Inspection Reports.
• Attend department meetings and contribute to team objectives.
• Identify problems and propose timely, cost-effective solutions.
• Perform geometric tolerance evaluations and inspect assemblies and materials.
• Conduct visual and dimensional quality inspections on incoming or in-process items.
• Utilize Office apps and Oracle-based systems to support operations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and cross-functional partners.
