Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of related experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in receiving inspection or quality operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support material flow, part storage, and accurate inventory transactions in the MRP system.
• Assist with new hire training and training records.
• Distribute daily workloads to support department goals.
• Maintain filing and archiving of Receiving Inspection Reports.
• Attend department meetings and contribute to team objectives.
• Identify problems and propose cost-effective solutions meeting quality standards.
• Perform geometric tolerance evaluations and inspect electronic assemblies.
• Conduct visual and/or dimensional inspections of materials and products.
• Use Microsoft Office and Oracle-based systems to support daily operations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and cross-functional partners.
