Job summary

bioMérieux is seeking an Analyst II in Quality Control Environmental Monitoring to oversee and execute testing, document results, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role requires independent work, training others, and leading investigations in a fast FDA-regulated environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience in a regulated Environmental Monitoring or Microbiology laboratory (GxP).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine QC Environmental Monitoring testing on materials, finished products, and air, water, surfaces, and personnel.
• Review laboratory testing per SOPs, specifications, and timelines.
• Maintain SOPs, GLP, GMP, and HSE compliance; support change control.
• Prepare laboratory areas for regulatory and internal audits; review logs and records.
• Lead complex OOS and NC investigations using root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track deliverables and support validation protocols.
• Enter data into LIMS and paper records; maintain system validation activities.
