bioMerieux Inc. in North Carolina seeks an Analyst II to oversee QC Environmental Monitoring testing, document results, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role supports instrument validation and method optimization as an SME, with emphasis on clear communication and training of staff. The successful candidate will lead investigations (OOS/NC), collaborate across functions, maintain data in LIMS and paper records, and contribute to continuous improvement and 6S efforts in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 4+ years in a regulated Environmental Monitoring or Microbiology lab with GxP testing preferred.
• Experience applying GMP/GLP quality principles and knowledge of regulatory audits is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine QC Environmental Monitoring testing (bioburden, conductivity, TOC) with accurateDocumentation per GDP and SOPs.
• Review lab testing per SOPs, specs, and timelines.
• Maintain SOPs, GLP/GMP/HSE compliance and support change control for procedures.
• Prepare lab areas for regulatory audits with review of logs, calibrations and expirations.
• Lead complex OOS/NC investigations using root-cause analysis.
• Enter and maintain data in LIMS and paper records; support validation activities.
• Train staff on testing procedures and PPE requirements.
