Job summary

bioMérieux seeks a QC Lead Analyst (EM) in North Carolina to lead the Environmental Monitoring team, oversee routine testing, and ensure regulatory compliance and data integrity across GMP activities.

The role develops staff, drives continuous improvement, and supports audits and CAPA investigations while coordinating with cross-functional teams to maintain production readiness and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required in Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or other life science discipline.
• In lieu of degree, 4 years of relevant experience in regulated Environmental Monitoring or Microbiology labs.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line leadership for the QC Environmental Monitoring team and oversee daily scheduling and quality decisions.
• Develop, mentor, and train staff to achieve high performance and alignment with QC processes.
• Oversee routine Environmental Monitoring testing on raw materials, intermediates and finished goods while ensuring regulatory compliance and data integrity.
• Manage laboratory operations, inventory, instrument maintenance, and data review.
