Job summary

Epiroc is seeking a Senior Software Tester for an onsite role in Utah. You will design test strategies, lead validation across systems, and mentor junior testers to ensure high-quality releases.

Collaborate with engineering to refine requirements, drive robust test coverage, and contribute to testing infrastructure within a CI/CD environment. This role emphasizes hands-on testing leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 5-10 years of software or system testing experience.
• Solid knowledge of functional and non-functional testing.
• Experience with distributed or networked systems.
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and cases.
• Lead validation efforts across multiple systems and environments.
• Identify, document, and prioritize defects with detailed analysis.
• Guide and mentor junior testers.
• Collaborate with engineering to refine requirements and test coverage.
• Perform root cause analysis on complex system issues.
• Contribute to test strategy and process improvements.
• Configure, deploy, and improve testing infrastructure.
