Job summary

Epsilon is seeking an experienced Senior QA Engineer to lead planning and execution of automated testing while driving QA practices across the SDLC. You will safeguard product quality and champion best-in-class QA standards.

You will design, develop, and execute manual and automated tests, build Cypress/Selenium/Taiko tests, review coverage, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of combined QA and development experience.
• Strong proficiency in test automation and scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Cypress, or Taiko.
• Experience with API testing using Swagger/Postman.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as Angular.
• Experience testing across multiple platforms, browsers, and mobile devices using AWS testing tools.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the quality and effectiveness of all testing efforts across products.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases.
• Build automated tests using Cypress, Taiko, or Selenium.
• Create reusable, modular scripts for multiple test suites.
• Review test coverage and validate alignment with business requirements.
• Complete testing activities per the test plan and goals.
• Communicate testing progress and findings clearly and on time.
• Improve QA practices by maintaining process documentation.
• Perform impact analysis and regression testing for changes.
• Stay current with QA trends and share knowledge with the team.
