AAON in Oregon seeks a Sr Quality Assurance Technician to lead advanced inspection, testing, and documentation across HVAC production. You will mentor junior staff, execute quality initiatives, review technical drawings, and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing QA, familiarity with ISO 9001, SPC, and Minitab, and the ability to read engineering drawings.

Competenze

• Requires a high school diploma or GED. Associate’s degree or technical certification in quality assurance, manufacturing technology, or HVAC systems is preferred.

• Leading quality control efforts across multiple production stages.
• Performing advanced inspections and functional testing of HVAC components and systems.
• Investigating non-conformances and helping develop corrective and preventive actions.
