Qualifikationen

• Requires an Associate degree in Electronics or related field and 6+ years in electrical testing or HVAC manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology preferred.
• Experience leading technical teams in manufacturing environments.
• Experience supporting product development, engineering validation, or CI initiatives.
• Advanced experience with HVAC systems, controls, drives, and automation.

• Leads end-of-line testing operations to ensure HVAC equipment meets specs before shipment.
• Provides technical leadership to technicians performing testing, troubleshooting, repairs, and validation.
