Job summary

AAON, Inc. is seeking a Quality Team Leader to train and supervise assembly line staff for commercial HVAC products in Oregon. You will ensure quality and productivity, verify parts and procedures, and coordinate with management on line issues.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience leading teams in a manufacturing/assembly environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Ensure unit quality and productivity on the line.
• Train team members on assembling sub-assemblies to spec.
• Schedule production to meet targets and verify work orders.
• Approve paperwork for sub-assemblies and end-of-line checks.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards in the warehouse.
• Inspect equipment and assist with minor repairs as needed.
