Job summary

AAON, Inc. (BASX) is hiring entry-level assemblers in Central Oregon for its state-of-the-art HVAC production lines. You will rotate through assembly, piping, electrical, finishing, testing, and wrapping while learning multiple trade skills to build a manufacturing career.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2 years related experience preferred.
• Previous QC experience helpful, but can be learned on the job.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to read measuring tools, blueprints, and drawings.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Inspect all aspects and attributes of incoming, in-process or finished equipment to standards.
• Maintain accuracy of inspection data and reports.
• Inspect product during assembly and after completion for defects.
• Review blueprints, schematics, or drawings to evaluate parts or assemblies.
• Quarantine non-conforming material and complete related processes.
