The Sr Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for leading quality control efforts across multiple stages of production and supporting the development of quality systems. Duties include:**Primary duties may include, but are not limited to**:* Performing advanced inspections and functional testing of HVAC components and systems using specialized tools and equipment.* Leading investigations into non-conformances and assisting in the development of corrective and preventive actions.* Reviewing and interpreting complex technical documentation, including engineering drawings and specifications.* Training and mentoring Quality Assurance Technician I staff on inspection techniques, documentation standards, and company procedures.* Collaborating with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and improve product reliability.* Supporting internal and external audits, including preparation of documentation and participation in audit activities.* Maintaining calibration records and ensuring inspection equipment is functioning properly.* Contributing to the development and refinement of AAON’s quality management system and standard operating procedures.**Job Requirements****Education and Experience Requirements:**Requires a high school diploma or GED.
