Job summary

ACCO Engineered Systems is seeking a QA/QC Supervisor to lead the QA/QC Project Team on piping construction projects in Nevada. You will establish quality expectations, coach inspectors, and ensure adherence to the Project Specific Quality Control Plan and company SOPs.

You will collaborate with Project Management to resolve quality issues, perform SPC analysis, review design documentation for compliance, and contribute to changes in quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required with 10 years of overall experience in quality control.
• Experience focused on ASME B31 piping codes, industrial/construction fabrication, welding, and NDT.

Responsibilities

• Plans and conducts analysis, inspection, design, test, and integration to assure quality of product or component.
• Performs quality engineering reviews of design documentation for compliance with requirements.
• Applies SPC methods to analyze data and evaluate processes.
• Engage with project management for inspection planning and non-conformance management.
• Provide project quality expectations to new inspectors.
• Attend weekly project update meetings.
