Job summary

Project Resource Collective LLC seeks a Quality Supervisor to lead the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with company, customer, industry, and regulatory requirements.

You will manage QA/QC personnel, conduct inspections, review procedures, and generate reports while coordinating with Operations, Engineering, and site leadership to drive product quality and process discipline.

Qualifications

• AWS CWI certification is required.
• Experience with ASME, NBIC, welding, pressure vessels, piping, and industrial quality requirements is preferred.
• Familiarity with ASME B&PVC and NBIC inspection standards.
• Ability to read and interpret codes, specs, drawings, and project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Understand, communicate, and enforce QA/QC programs.
• Lead QA/QC personnel and assign tasks.
• Perform quality inspections and tests as needed.
• Inspect materials and equipment during construction and maintenance.
• Prepare quality reports for customers and project leadership.
• Maintain quality documentation and records.
• Manage third-party inspectors and review their credentials.
• Collaborate with Operations and Engineering to resolve non-conformances.
