Job summary

Commercial Contracting Corporation is seeking a QAQC Manager/Engineer to lead quality assurance and control across industrial construction projects. You will inspect self-perform and subcontractor work to ensure compliance with customer and CCC quality standards, and develop procedures to improve QC/QA effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Experience developing, maintaining and closing out quality control plans for industrial markets.
• Experience working on large scale, industrial construction projects.
• Proficient with Excel and other ISO / Document Control applications.

Responsibilities

• Commitment to and understanding of CCC’s Mission Statement, Vision, and Core Values.
• Compliance with all CCC standard operating procedures (ISO), as required for quality, estimating, purchasing, and project control.
• Adapt and integrate CCC standards with customer-specific requirements as it relates to every assigned project.
• Develop / refine existing written procedures for quality control/quality assurance.
• Perform needed tests onsite to ensure conformity of work in place according to the contract documents.
• Supervise construction including quantity measurement, quality, and variation between actual and 3D Model to ensure conformity.
• Review of submittals to ensure compliance with contract documents.
• Review of the Bill of Quantities and the contract documents for each section of the construction task.
• Assist with supervision of the contractors in the implementation of the work.
