Harris is seeking a QA/QC Specialist to manage QA/QC for the regional construction team, ensuring Harris QA/QC processes are followed. You will collaborate with internal and external teams during preconstruction to add value through design and equipment selections.

The QA/QC Specialist will provide project management support during all phases of HVAC construction to ensure project standards, budget, deadlines and communications are maintained.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in industrial, mechanical, or construction engineering preferred.
• 5+ years of QA/QC experience required.
• 2+ years of business administration and management principles experience.
• 2+ years of knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles.
• 2+ years of knowledge of fabrication/manufacturing quality control processes and procedures.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and comprehend construction documents.

Mansioni

• Manage QA/QC for the regional construction team and ensure adherence to Harris QA/QC processes.
• Provide project management support during all phases of HVAC construction.
• Perform site walkthroughs, inspections, and safety audits.
• Coordinate testing/inspection activities with independent agencies and ensure compliance with contract documents.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, fabricators and project teams to implement quality controls.
