Harris Company is seeking a QA/QC Specialist to lead QA/QC for regional HVAC construction projects. You will ensure adherence to Harris procedures, manage inspections, and coordinate with subcontractors and fabricators to meet quality standards.

The role requires 5+ years QA/QC experience, a relevant engineering degree, and the ability to read construction drawings and operate common QA tools. On-site work in Rayville, LA is required.

Competenze

• Bachelors in industrial/mechanical/construction engineering preferred.
• 5+ years QA/QC experience required.
• Experience with construction drawings and value engineering.
• Knowledge of fabrication/manufacturing QA processes.

Mansioni

• Manage QA/QC for regional construction teams to ensure Harris procedures are followed.
• Perform site walkthroughs, inspections, and safety plan adherence.
• Coordinate QA/QC with GC and subs to verify quality controls.
• Assist in preconstruction strategies and RFI tracking.
