Harris is seeking a QA/QC Specialist to manage QA/QC processes for the regional mechanical construction team, ensuring adherence to company procedures and contributing to design and equipment selections during preconstruction.

You will perform site walkthroughs, coordinate testing with independent agencies, and support project management through all phases of HVAC construction, with a focus on quality, safety, and timely communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial, mechanical, or construction engineering preferred.
• 5+ years of QA/QC experience required.
• 2+ years of business administration and management principles experience.
• 2+ years of knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles.
• 2+ years of knowledge of fabrication/manufacturing quality control processes and procedures.
• Ability to read and comprehend construction documents.

Responsabilités

• Create QA/QC processes, forms, and tracking systems.
• Perform site visits to inspect QA/QC processes.
• Coordinate testing and inspection activities with independent agencies.
• Assist in project closeout documentation and records.
• Support preconstruction design and equipment selections.
