Job summary

Safe Air Technology, Inc. is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance & Quality Control Manager to lead the QA/QC team across manufacturing and support functions. You will drive process improvements, implement CAPA, and ensure alignment with engineering drawings and customer requirements.

You will partner with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain to reduce defects, strengthen accountability, and establish sustainable quality processes as we scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA/QC or manufacturing quality experience.
• Previous supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience developing or improving a Quality Management System (QMS).
• Experience managing NCRs, corrective actions, CAPA, and root cause analysis.
• Working knowledge of quality improvement tools such as 5 Whys, RCA, and continuous improvement.
• Experience with industrial equipment, HVAC systems, fabrication, or similar manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead all QA/QC activities and supervise the QA/QC team.
• Identify quality gaps, defects, rework, and risk areas in processes.
• Develop and maintain QA/QC procedures, SOPs, and inspection plans.
• Establish quality checkpoints to find defects at source.
• Manage NCR process and ensure proper closure and documentation.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions (CAPA).
• Create and monitor quality KPIs (NCRs, defects, rework, first-pass yield).
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Test, and Supply Chain to improve quality.
