Job summary

Responsibilities include internal audits, resolving customer complaints, and overseeing inspection of materials and finished products. Ideal candidates hold a technical degree, 5+ years QA experience, and 2+ years in leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of quality assurance/controls experience in manufacturing.
• 2+ years in a supervisory/lead role.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
• Proficiency with quality tools (SPC, FMEA, RCA, 8D).
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Quality Technicians.
• Ensure compliance with all quality standards, regulations, and customer specifications.
• Manage and conduct internal audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality.
• Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
• Analyze quality data and trends to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee the inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
