Job summary

Atlantach Technical Services is seeking skilled QA/QC Managers to join our team across the USA as we support large-scale data center projects. You will develop and maintain the Quality Management Plan, review submittals for compliance, and conduct field inspections across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and controls work.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the project Quality Management Plan and Inspection/Test Plans.
• Review and approve submittals, materials, and method statements for compliance.
• Conduct field inspections for civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and controls work.
• Track NCRs (non-conformance reports), corrective actions, and close-out verification.
• Monitor workmanship standards and ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Manage QA/QC documentation, test reports, and turnover/hand-over packages.
• Coordinate testing and third-party inspections (factory and site).
• Lead quality meetings and provide progress and compliance reporting to stakeholders.

Authority:

• You have authority to stop the job if you feel there is an unsafe work practice which could result in a risk of injury, have an environmental impact or risk to equipment and other personnel.
• Carry out your duties to meet Quality, Safety and Environmental requirements at all times.
• Monitor workmanship standards and ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Lead quality meetings and keep client and all stakeholders updated on progress

Requirements

• Technical or engineering background (construction or MEP focus preferred).
• 5–10+ years QA/QC experience in data centers, industrial, or large commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of construction standards, codes, and inspection requirements.
• Experience with quality documentation, punch lists, NCR handling, and audit processes.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and commissioning/turnover requirements.
• Detail-focused mindset with strong communication and coordination skills.
• Relevant QA/QC certification(s) preferred (e.g., ISO, ASQ, or trade-specific).
