Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Construction Project Manager to monitor construction projects for clients and ensure timely delivery. This role requires overseeing site visits, budget reviews, change orders, and contract documentation to maintain quality and compliance with plans.

The role emphasizes financial analysis, coordination with the Cost Advisory group, and strong communication skills to support project teams and ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum four or more years’ construction administration, architecture, engineering or similar experience.
• Licensure as Professional Engineer or Registered Architect is desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced financial analysis and budgeting knowledge.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with MS Project and reading drawings.

Responsibilities

• Monitor progress and conduct site visits to ensure work aligns with drawings and specs.
• Review budgets, cost reports, change orders, subcontracts, and related documentation.
• Prepare status reports and recommend release of funds for construction.
• Comment on contracts, drawings, and compliance with codes and best practices.
• Analyze cost budgets and coordinate with the cost advisory group.
• Support project teams and provide guidance as needed.
