Westward Seafoods Inc. is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead the Quality Control Department and ensure compliance with food safety, regulatory, and product quality standards.

You will oversee HACCP programs, audits, and traceability, and partner with production to drive corrective actions. The role reports to the Corporate QA Director and requires strong leadership, seafood processing knowledge, and a track record of improving quality metrics in a regulated environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading QA/QC teams in seafood processing or food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, BRCGS, and food safety regulations.
• Experience with audits, inspections, and corrective actions.
