D7 Pneumatics LLC seeks an experienced QA/QC Manager to support our fabrication shop and field operations based in Jonesboro. This part-time or as-needed role may develop into full-time based on workload and growth.

The role requires implementing and maintaining the Quality Control Program, ensuring compliance with ASME and National Board codes, and coordinating with inspectors, engineers and clients. Strong documentation and leadership are essential.

Competenze

Experience in QA/QC within industrial fabrication, pressure piping or related fields.
Ability to read fabrication drawings, piping isometrics, P&IDs, weld maps and specs.
Knowledge of welding procedures, welder qualifications and material traceability.
Strong documentation, organization and communication skills.
Willingness to support shop and field projects as required.

Mansioni

Administer and enforce the D7 Quality Control Manual and procedures.
Oversee quality activities for shop fabrication and field installations.
Review contracts, drawings and project requirements before work begins.
Confirm applicable codes, inspection requirements and testing procedures.
Maintain compliance with ASME, National Board and pressure-piping requirements.
Coordinate with inspectors, client reps, engineers and third-party agencies.
Verify WPS, PQR and Welder Qualification records.
Monitor welder qualifications and continuity.
Verify material receiving, identification, storage and traceability.
Review Material Test Reports and certificates of compliance.
Maintain weld maps, logs and project turnover documentation.
Establish and monitor inspection hold points.
Perform or coordinate fit-up, visual welding and final inspections.
Coordinate nondestructive examination when required.
Ensure pressure testing with approved procedures and calibrated equipment.
Monitor preheat, interpass temperature and postweld heat treatment as applicable.
Manage nonconformance reports and weld-repair documentation.
Maintain calibration records for inspection/testing equipment.
Control code stamps, data reports and quality records as assigned.
Assist with audits and client inspections.
Conduct internal quality audits and recommend improvements.
Prepare complete and organized project turnover packages.
Train personnel on applicable quality requirements.
Maintain a professional, safety-focused quality culture.
