Job summary

The role requires NDE familiarity, site inspections, and reporting. Applicants should have CWI ASNT Level II in PT/UT/RT, a valid Driver's License, a TWIC Card, and at least 8 years in Quality Control within the industrial sector.

Qualifications

• Certification/License: Valid Driver's License, TWIC Card, and CWI ASNT Level II in PT/UT/RT preferred.
• Eight years of Quality Control experience in industrial settings.
• Must be able to read and interpret welding/fabrication codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections at project sites, focusing on welding, structural, and civil work.
• Monitor the progress of construction and ensure all processes are compliant with standards.
• Draft daily reports based on site observations, highlighting discrepancies or safety issues.
• Report non-compliance or other issues to the QA/QC Manager and Project Manager.
• Coordinate inspections to ensure that work aligns with client specifications and state laws.
• Fully inspect welds before and after the hydrostatic testing of welded piping or vessels.
