Job summary

Exyte US, Inc. is seeking a Senior Inspector QA/QC to ensure construction work on a regulated high-tech facility complies with design documents, codes, and GMP standards.

You will support QC inspections of products, materials, and components and analyze process data to confirm compliance and identify deviations. The role requires at least 5 years in pharmaceutical facility construction with QA/QC emphasis and strong knowledge of MEP systems, design docs, and building codes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical high-tech facility construction, with a strong emphasis on quality assurance and control.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting design documents, building codes, and project specifications.
• Familiarity with OFCI/CFCI equipment integration and turnover processes

Responsibilities

• Review Subcontractor Work: Inspect MEP, OFCI, CFCI installations per ITPs and specs; support NCR tracking/closure with construction teams.
• Code Compliance & Safety: Validate final installations meet code requirements and safety aspects.
• On-site safety: Enforce site safety policies and compliance with protocols.
• CQV Interface Coordination: Support commissioning and client representative coordination during testing and startup.
• Participate in system walkdowns and readiness reviews.
• Ensure alignment between construction completion and commissioning sequences.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain inspection/audit/NCR documentation and timely reports.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to ensure project success.
