Job summary

Exyte is seeking a highly capable OSM/MEP Manager – QC/W to support construction execution on a GMP‑compliant pharma project. You will safeguard site safety, monitor progress, ensure installation quality, and coordinate with Project Managers and stakeholders to keep the project on schedule and budget.

You will oversee subcontractor scope, lead procurement interactions, and drive timely submittals, RFIs, and testing in collaboration with QC and Documentation teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Champions Safety, Quality, Regulatory Compliance and the Collaborative Way.
• Communicates safety culture and policies across the project.
• Pre-construction support including estimating and services.
• Lead scope development and supplier/subcontractor evaluations; own overall scope.
• Prepare and manage construction schedule and daily planning.
• Ensure subcontract pay applications are reviewed and approved.
