Job summary

Exyte US, Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Lead QA/QC Engineer to establish and oversee quality standards across all phases and projects. You will lead audits, mentor staff, and drive enhancements to the QMS in alignment with client specifications and local regulations.

This role requires coordinating with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure superior quality and customer satisfaction. You will develop and maintain project quality plans, manage non-conformances, and contribute

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required; extensive experience may substitute.
8–10 years in Quality Management on construction projects.
Multidisciplinary QA/QC experience across Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Piping, HVAC, Electrical & Instrumentation.
Quality Certifications (Auditor, PMP) preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) per ISO 9001 and project standards.
Act as the primary quality contact during project setup; align PQP/ITP/PEP with teams.
Plan, conduct, and follow up on audits; ensure regulatory and client standards compliance.
Participate in project reviews, safety and risk management activities and drive corrective actions.
Coordinate quality deliverables for project closeout and capture lessons learned.
