Job summary

Exyte US, Inc. is seeking a Senior Lead QA/QC Engineer to establish and improve quality standards across projects, ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, and regulatory requirements.

This role collaborates with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to deliver safe, reliable systems. You will develop and implement the QMS, lead project setup with PQP, ITPs, and PEP, conduct audits, manage NCRs, and mentor QA/QC staff.

Qualifications

• Degree required; extensive experience may waive degree.
• Datacenter project background preferred.
• Minimum 8 years in Quality Management in construction.
• Multidisciplinary QA/QC across CSA, MEP, AFO.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain QMS in compliance with ISO 9001 and project standards.
• Lead project setup activities: PQP, ITPs, and PEP alignment.
• Plan and conduct internal and external audits; implement CAPAs.
• Support project safety reviews and risk management.
• Oversee project closeout, customer satisfaction surveys, and lessons learned.
• Lead inspection teams and manage QA/QC records.
• Collaborate with clients and subcontractors to resolve quality issues.
• Organize quality meetings with stakeholders.
• Identify deviations and manage NCRs.
• Manage regular progress meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
