You will lead end-to-end testing, ensure performance targets are met, and mentor mid- and junior engineers while collaborating with product and design teams to deliver reliable systems at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and executing load, stress, and scalability tests across web and mobile platforms.
• Ability to translate performance targets into test plans and reports.
• Mentor junior engineers on performance testing best practices.
