Job summary

AEMI Holdings, LLC is seeking a QA Manager to lead the Quality Assurance team and ensure compliance with AS9100, MIL-STD-790, and related standards. The role collaborates with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to drive product quality and continuous improvement for high-reliability electronic components.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 5–7 years in Quality Assurance in manufacturing, preferably regulated/high-reliability.
• Experience managing quality engineers, inspectors, or technicians.
• Working knowledge of AS9100/ISO 9001 and MIL-STD-790.
• Experience leading audits and CAPA processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain QMS in AS9100 and MIL-STD-790 compliance.
• Lead and supervise the QA team, with performance development.
• Drive CAPA, root cause analysis, and data-driven improvements.
• Manage supplier quality, audits, corrective actions, and performance.
• Plan internal audits and support customer/regulatory audits.
• Oversee failure analysis, lab operations, test equipment planning.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to ensure 100% outgoing quality.
