Job summary

Bridor USA seeks an experienced QA Manager – Food Safety & Quality to lead Quality Assurance, Food Safety, Quality Control, and regulatory compliance at our high-volume bakery manufacturing facility in Vineland, New Jersey.

The role requires strong knowledge of BRCGS/GFSI, FDA regulations, and HACCP, with a track record of leading QA teams in food manufacturing. You will partner with Operations to ensure product integrity and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA, Food Safety, and Quality Control programs.
• Maintain and improve Quality Management System and Food Safety Management System.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, FSMA, HACCP, GMP, BRCGS, customer, and Bridor requirements.
• Oversee HACCP, Preventive Controls, Environmental Monitoring, Allergen Management, and related programs.
• Maintain presence on the production floor as quality subject-matter expert.
• Make product-hold and disposition decisions when needed.
• Lead audits and ensure audit readiness with third parties and customers.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis and CAPA activities.
• Collaborate with Operations to resolve issues without compromising Quality.
