Twang Partners, part of Solina's US Center of Excellence for Beverage Innovation, seeks a Quality Assurance Manager to lead quality systems across the site and drive continuous improvement.

The role ensures SQF/BRC accreditation, manages audits, conducts root-cause analysis, and trains staff on HACCP and finished goods specifications. Travel as needed, strong analytical skills, and collaboration with operations are essential.

Formación

• 5 years’ experience in technical QA role in the CPG/food industry.
• SQF and/or BRC certification preferred.
• Able to demonstrate initiative, decision making, and teamwork at site and group level.
• Knowledge of HACCP systems and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Define and direct FSQA and sanitation strategies and drive team improvement.
• Ensure quality systems are implemented across the site through trend analysis and observation.
• Maintain SQF/BRC accreditation and manage internal and external audits.
• Lead audits and close out non-conformances in a timely manner.
• Develop and implement sampling/testing plans for materials and finished products.
