Job summary
CACI International Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead enterprise QA across Agile software projects for the Department of State, DS. You will establish standards across the SDLC and ensure compliance with NIST, OWASP, and Section 508.
You will develop QA strategies, oversee IV&V and UAT, integrate QA into sprint planning and DevSecOps pipelines, and present metrics to leadership. The role requires a Secret clearance and strong communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 7+ years leading software quality assurance in Agile environments.
- Experience with SDLC, DevSecOps, and software testing practices.
- Experience implementing automated testing and QA tools (SonarQube, Fortify, CAST, Azure DevOps, Jira).
Responsibilities
- Lead QA activities across Agile software development projects.
- Establish and maintain quality standards throughout the SDLC.
- Ensure compliance with NIST, OWASP, and Section 508.
- Review deliverables and conduct quality reviews at milestones.
- Develop QA strategies for automated and manual testing.
- Oversee test planning, IV&V, and UAT.
