Job summary

Laboratory Testing (LTI) is seeking a QA Manager for the Materials Testing Lab to own and improve the accredited quality system. You will host audits, drive corrective actions, and partner with Operations to ensure compliant, accurate reporting and timely audits across multiple units.

The role requires 7+ years in quality, leading audits, and strong documentation governance. Travel 10–20% and on‑site responsibility at Hatfield, PA campus are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical/physical science discipline; ASQ certification may substitute.
• 7+ years in progressive quality roles including aerospace QA exposure.
• Experience hosting accreditation, registrar, or customer audits, with corrective action ownership.
• Lead Auditor capability or prior lead auditor experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with measurement uncertainty, method validation, and proficiency testing.

Responsibilities

• Own audit programs end to end, including customer, accreditation, and internal audits.
• Lead corrective actions from root cause through closure with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate document control, change management, and governance processes.
• Partner with Operations to translate regulatory requirements into actionable lab steps.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma, AI tools, and automation when appropriate.
