Job summary

Laboratory Testing is seeking an MTL Quality Assurance Manager to lead audits and maintain the accredited QA system across multiple sites. You will partner with operations, engineers, and auditors to ensure compliant testing, accurate reporting, and successful accreditation outcomes.

You will own corrective action processes, drive root‑cause analysis, and oversee cross‑functional quality initiatives while traveling to sites as needed to uphold standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or physical science with progressive quality experience.
• Experience hosting accreditation, registrar, or customer audits.
• Lead auditor capabilities and ability to drive corrective actions to closure.
• Familiarity with regulatory quality requirements and aerospace standards.

Responsibilities

• Own the audit program end to end for Nadcap, ISO/IEC 17025, and other applicable standards.
• Lead customer and accreditation audits and drive corrective actions to closure.
• Partner with operations to implement compliant processes and continuous improvement.
• Support government and defense compliance activities and documentation.
