Laboratory Testing (LTI) is seeking a hands-on Quality Assurance Manager for the Materials Testing Lab in Hatfield, PA. You will implement and maintain the accredited quality system, working closely with lab and operations leadership, engineers, auditors, and customers.

Expect ~10–20% travel to other sites and vendors as needed. You will own audits (Nadcap, ISO/IEC 17025, NIAC, ASME NQA-1), drive corrective action with root-cause analysis, and partner with Operations to ensure compliant,

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or physical science discipline.
• 7+ years of progressive technical or quality experience in aerospace or regulated environments; hosting audits.
• Lead Auditor qualification and ability to drive cross-functional corrective actions.
• Willingness to travel regularly to LTI sites, suppliers, and conferences.
• Working knowledge of measurement uncertainty and method validation.
• Experience authoring or revising controlled procedures and change control governance.
• Familiarity with laboratory or business information systems (LIMS, ERP).

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end audit program, hosting customer audits and accreditation audits.
• Lead internal audit program and ensure readiness with Operations.
• Own corrective and preventive actions from root cause to closure.
• Drive documentation control and change management governance.
• Partner with Operations to translate regulations into lab-ready steps.
• Build QA capability across destructive testing, calibration, and non-destructive testing units.
• Support compliance activities (FAR flows, export controls) and continuous improvement initiatives.
