Zscaler is seeking a Senior Manager of Software Test Engineering for the Zero Trust Exchange. In this San Jose, CA-based role, you will lead a high-performing QA team, drive AI-enabled testing approaches, and collaborate with executive leadership to deliver scalable cloud services that secure customers globally.

You will oversee cloud upgrades, ensure performance, and champion an ownership model across engineering.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI-driven methodologies into QA workflows (AIDLC).
• 7+ years leading and scaling QA or software engineering teams.
• 5+ years in cloud deployments and operations.
• 3+ years with hyperscale cloud platforms, specifically AWS.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA team embracing AI Development Lifecycle with product and operations teams.
• Direct cloud operations including upgrades, scalability improvements, and troubleshooting.
• Drive transition to a full-service ownership model for engineering teams.
• Partner with product management to define and execute the strategic product roadmap.
