Scopely is seeking a QA Manager, Live Operations to lead a distributed QA team for a soon-to-be announced AAA mobile title. The role supports remote work in the US/Canada or a hybrid setup in Culver City, CA.

You will drive scalable quality practices, release excellence, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality live game experiences for our community. Strong QA leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in quality assurance.
• 2+ years of management experience across the full game development lifecycle.
• Live mobile game experience with a large, active player base.
• Deep understanding of QA methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
• Experience with QA processes, testing, and release practices.
