Job summary

Scopely is seeking a Director of Quality Assurance to lead QA strategy for a new free-to-play Adventure Game, with a focus on automation across PC and mobile. Role can be based in Culver City or remote within the US or Canada.

You will drive quality metrics, build teams, and partner with leadership to embed quality across development cycles, ensuring scalable, high-quality experiences for players worldwide.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading Quality Assurance within game development.
• Strong technical expertise and automated testing across multiple game development phases.
• Experience designing, implementing, or scaling test automation frameworks and QA tooling.
• Proven ability to support complex, multi-platform products (PC/mobile).
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills with high-performing teams.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
