Job summary

infini-tek is seeking an experienced Software QA professional for the United States market, focusing on property and casualty insurance. The role covers UI testing, REST APIs, reports, batch jobs, and end-to-end scenarios across complex insurance processes.

You will collaborate with product, development, and business teams to ensure release readiness, maintain traceability, and deliver high-quality solutions in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance in property and casualty insurance domain.
• Hands-on with Majesco Policy, Billing, Claims or a comparable insurance Billing platform.
• Knowledge of property and casualty insurance processes, including policy lifecycle, billing, collections, refunds, cancellations, reinstatements, and renewals.
• Experience testing UI workflows, REST APIs, reports, batch jobs, integrations, and database transactions.
• Experience with JIRA or similar defect-management tools.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to create detailed test documentation and communicate clearly with technical and business stakeholders.
• Create test strategies, test plans, scenarios, cases, and traceability matrices.
• Execute functional, system integration, regression, smoke, sanity, UAT, and end-to-end testing.
• Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders on testing status, risks, dependencies, and release readiness.
