Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Hands-on testing of Majesco Policy, Billing, Claims platforms.
• Knowledge of property and casualty insurance processes, including policy lifecycle, billing, collections, refunds, cancellations, reinstatements, renewals.
• Experience testing UI workflows, REST APIs, reports, batch jobs, integrations, and database transactions.
• Experience with JIRA or similar defect-management tools.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to create detailed test documentation and communicate clearly with technical and business stakeholders.
• Create test strategies, test plans, scenarios, cases, and traceability matrices.
• Execute functional, system integration, regression, smoke, sanity, UAT, and end-to-end testing.
• Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders on testing status, risks, dependencies, and release readiness.
