Job summary

Farm Family, a subsidiary of Clearbrook Group Holdings Inc., is seeking a QA/Test Analyst to develop and execute test plans, scenarios, cases, and scripts for our insurance-focused systems. You will apply industry-standard testing techniques and document results to ensure quality across products.

The role emphasizes collaboration, adherence to internal processes, and the ability to guide teammates through testing activities on-site in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in IT, math, business, or related field, or four years of software testing experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop Test Plans, Scenarios, Cases and Scripts.
• Execute Test Scenarios, Cases and Scripts.
• Apply industry standard testing techniques.
• Apply internal processes and procedures.
• Demonstrate understanding of insurance and technical requirements.
• Validate and analyze expected and unexpected results.
